Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Changes made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee, as last-minute notice prevents another client from scheduling that time slot.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late or no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Please note: A 2.5% transaction fee is automatically added to all card payments at checkout and to all late cancellation/no-show fees.
